Teens Hand Building Camp – July – ages 12-17

$305.00This camp is a 4 day-long, day camp for teens only ages 12-17. This week runs from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m, Mon. – Thurs., and is $305.00 per child. Please note there will be no extended break or park time for this camp. This teens hand building week runs during the week of July 8-11, 2024. During this week campers will work on hand building projects as well as some other arts & crafts activities.
Designated space: The camp area is clearly delineated for use by campers and camp staff only. Campers will bring own water/snacks. Snacks will be at each individual’s table.
- Outside green space for fresh air
- Regular cleaning according to Peterborough Public Health guidelines
- Ratio of staff to campers is 1 to 4, with a maximum of 8 campers and a minimum of 2 staff.
- PPE are part of the KPG emergency first aid kit should close contact be required.
- Non-contact, outdoor check in and pick up procedure will be outlined prior to camp start date.
Please note that after you complete this registration and pay via Paypal, you will be redirected to a registration form to provide our office with information about the camper(s) you have registered. You must complete this form to finish your registration process. Also, you will be sent an emergency contact and terms & conditions form. Your child cannot attend camp without this form being completed and returned to us by the first day of camp.
Refund Policy:
No refund will be given if notice of withdrawal is not received at least 10 days in advance of the start date. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20%. Removal from the camp due to illness or lack of compliance with Covid-19 procedures will be made on a pro-rated basis.
City Subsidy:
The City of Peterborough offers a subsidy for low-income families for summer camp programs such as this one, for dependent children under the age of 19 years. The maximum subsidy per child is $200 per year. Eligible families must live in the city and meet certain cut-off levels of income.
