Clay Play on the Wheel: One Day Potter’s Wheel Experience

Learn to throw down some pottery at our one day wheel class! You’ll dive right into the basics of the pottery wheel and come away with your new favourite bowl, cup, or vase. This will be a very hands on class so come prepared for a bit of mud and allot of fun! All materials and tools will be provided. We will trim your pieces, gaze, and fire them to be picked up 3-4 weeks after your class. This class in intended for adults, teens aged 14+ are welcome if accompanied.

• 7 students max- for hands on personalized instruction
• learn to center, open, pull walls to make simple shapes like bowls/cups
• keep at least one finished piece (you choose glaze colour)
• Small fee to keep more pieces as Kristina will have to trim and glaze, $8 per piece

Refund Policy:

No refund will be given if notice of withdrawal is not received at least 10 days in advance of the start date. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20%. Any refund can be transferred to another class or purchase of items in the Pottery Shop (via a gift certificate) at full value.
