The Kawartha Potters’ Guild offers a range of pottery classes and workshops geared for all levels, from novice to seasoned potters! As a non-profit all fees are used to host the classes and workshops as well as the general operations of the guild, so the costs to you are as low as possible!
Our classes have a low instructor-student ratio so you get the attention you need. The beginner classes work through projects so that you get to experience all the stages (building, throwing, trimming, finishing, bisque, waxing, glazing) from the initial lump of mud to a final piece that you take home!
Do I need to be a Guild Member to sign up for a class or workshop?
No! Anyone who is interested can register for a class or workshop through the Kawartha Potters’ Guild. We welcome newcomers!
