Clay Play on the Wheel: One Day Potter’s Wheel Experience

Learn to throw down some pottery at our one-day wheel class! You’ll dive right into the basics of the pottery wheel and come away with your new favourite bowl, cup, or vase. This will be a very hands-on class, so come prepared for a bit of mud and a lot of fun! All materials and tools will be provided. We will trim your pieces, gaze, and fire them to be picked up 3-4 weeks after your class. This class in intended for adults, teens aged 14+ are welcome if accompanied.

• 7 students max- for hands on personalized instruction

• learn to center, open, pull walls to make simple shapes like bowls/cups

• keep 2-3 finished pieces (you choose glaze colour)

• Small fee to keep more pieces as Kristina will have to trim and glaze, $5 per piece
