KPK Youth Pottery Class- 4 week session

For ages 7 to 13, this fun, hands-on clay class lets you get creative and a little messy while learning to throw on the wheel and hand build your own awesome clay projects! You’ll learn cool techniques, make stuff you’re proud of, and maybe even create some gifts for family and friends. With only 5 spots, everyone gets lots of help and time to explore. All materials and firing are included—just bring your imagination!

Instructor:

Priya has worked in both pottery and education since the 1980s. Her home studio, “Windring”, specializes in mid-range porcelain functional ware. The flow of throwing, exploring form to fit diverse functions and folks, and creating surface designs are her passions. She has given workshops and classes in pottery through the Guild since 2013, to children, youth, and adults. Priya is a wonderful, supportive teacher and can offer instruction bilingually.
