Summer Day Camp - 2017
Every day students will spend some or all of the day creating with clay. Students hand build projects such as mugs, critters, plates & bowls as well as enjoy personalized instruction on the wheel. Each summer, every camper takes home fabulous works of art!
After lunch we enjoy the fully equipped park or doing drama and games in our air conditioned space.
Dance weeks: During these weeks, campers, should they choose, will also learn a simple and fun dance routine to round out the week's activities. Parents are invited to stay for the performance on Friday afternoon.

About our Staff
The Kawartha Potters Guild is dedicated to ensuring a quality, safe and FUN program with an excellent teacher student ratio, (MAX 1:5, with extra staff for wheel work).
Serena has grown with our kids' camp since our very first year, when she began as a volunteer. Since then she has served as counselor and now camp manager. She is an avid dancer and has taught the dance routines in our dance weeks for the past 2 years. Serena is currently studying bio-medical science at university.
Sally joined us in 2016 and was a hit with the kids right away. She is creative, enthusiastic and an excellent artist in her own right. Sally brings previous experience with us as well as other local art camp experience to our camp.
Nikoiya is new to us this year coming from a previous arts camp in the Toronto area. She is very creative and a natural with clay.
