This 3 week class is geared towards more experienced students. It runs every Thursday beginning June 8 – 22, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. Cost is $169.50 (HST included) per person.
In this class you will learn to throw larger bowls (up to batt width) and cylindars. Week 1 will be throwing using batts, week 2 trimming and learning to throw a foot on your trimmed bowl, week 3 will be waxing and glazing. This is for you if, you can already independently centre and throw a kg. (2 lbs.) and want to go bigger! Yes, there are laws of physics and simple tips that make all the difference.
Covid Policy:
Face masks are no longer a requirement in the Guild. KPG space is mask friendly and we do encourage you to wear a mask when working near others.
We request that if you feel sick to any degree, that you do not come to class, and to notify the Guild or your teacher. Unfortunately, make-up classes for this session will not be an option.
Refund Policy:
No refund will be given if notice of withdrawal is not received at least 10 days in advance of the start date. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20%. Any refund can be transferred to another class or purchase of items in the Gallery (via a gift certificate) at full value.
