Holiday Hours and Thanks

We would like to give a heartfelt thanks to all of our students and customers this year.  This year has be a tough one for many not-for-profits and we have also faced our challenges this year.  The support from our customers and community is really appreciated.

The Guild will be open for your last minute Holiday shopping, today, Monday, December 23 until 5pm (weather permitting), and tomorrow, Tuesday, December 24, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  As always, our online store is open all year round, but please note that no online orders will be fulfilled after today until January 6th.

The Guild will be closed from 2:00 p.m. December 24 and resuming our regular hours as of January 6th, 2025.  May your Holidays be bright and your New Year full of many great opportunities.

Holiday Sale Thanks!

Our Sales Committee and participating members would very much like to thank all of you who came to our sale last weekend.  We were delighted by the many comments on how lovely the place looked and, of course, by all of your purchases.  We hope that these gifts (for yourself or others – we won’t tell) will serve you well in good health.   Keep your eye out for news regarding our Spring Sale and a return of Celebrate Ceramics next year as we celebrate our 30th anniversary as a Guild.  If you missed out on our sale, please check out our Pottery shop which is open all year round.

Covid-19 Update – January 5, 2022

Kawartha Potters' Guild logo

The Provincial Government announced new Covid restrictions effective Jan 5th for 21 days; we are back to a modified Stage 2 which means KPG will be closed for all in-person activity.

The classes slated to start the week of January 10th have been postponed to the week of January 24th.

We can keep the Gallery Shop open for retail therapy, with a maximum of 3 people in the facility at a time (not including staff/volunteer), with 6’ distancing, full mask and sanitizing on entry.

Members can do drop off and pick ups, purchase clay, tools, etc., however, we ask them to call or email to confirm date and time to ensure we don’t exceed our numbers. We will have either Kristina, Donna or Noreen at the Guild Tues – Fri from 1-5 for customers to shop and members to do their drops/pick ups.

If you have any questions, please contact Donna directly.
